Cyclist on the pavement at the Milton Road / Gilbert Road Junction.

This is very common as on-road there is often a pinch point created between the railings and traffic waiting to turn right.

Councillors in September 2012 specifically asked the police to enforce against this behaviour classing it anti-social.
