These signs were spotted on a street where cycling is permitted in both directions on the right.

Traffic turning onto this road from the stem of the T will see this sign. For motor vehicles each arm of the T is a one way, and so it kind of makes sense. But how should motorists entering those one-way streets be prepared for oncoming cyclists? It would surely add to the confusion to say 'Except cyclists' as a sub-panel here.
