It's very clear that the bit of the Newmarket Park and Ride cyclepath just near the entrance to the Park and Ride is being used by farm vehicles, most likely tractors.
I'll say that I have no idea about the rights of way, perhaps this is been agreed. What I will say is the amounts of mud this deposits onto the cyclepath will put people off riding through here. There is a good layer of mud making it slippy. Also there are large chunks lying over the path making it quite dangerous.
Surely the whole point of making this path is to create a path friendly enough to not look like a off-road slalom for those interested in that kind of risky pursuit.
