I'm riding along my side of the road. A driver pulls out of a side entrance and pulls round the car parked on their side of the road. They continue coming despite me being there, forcing me to jam on my brakes. They continue and push through without considering that they've failed to give way appropriately and they've used their vehicle as a threat against a vunerable road user. Something that ought to be considered careless driving at minimum.
