After the new strips have been removed. So much easier to ride over without the really nasty vibration that left my forearms aching in just 15 seconds of riding. Several people have said that the faster the ride, the easier it was. Not something that should be desired in this small shared-use space.
Now it is more slippy, which possibily ought to be dealt with. However, this does mean anyone riding slows down a lot before going along here, whihc is a great benefit to all path users.
