This is a follow up photo from www.cyclestreets.net/location/49576/

This shows my tyre going into the space and it being gripped. Riding into this would likely throw the rider off their bike.

It's clear that the original issue raised on the County Council pothole reporting was simply closed without referring to any of my evidence. Given it happened within the day without reporting anything back to me does suggest it wasn't even visited. Perhaps they have something planned, but who knows, they haven't said anything.

So, I'll report it again and link to this commentary.
