In Oldenburg large parking areas for bicycles are provided at every school. Cambridge Cycling Campaign visited Gymnasium Eversten, where over 90% of pupils cycle. The students said that this was because the bus was slow, "mummy-taxis" were unreliable, and bicycles were just considered better.
