During development of Cambridge's Hyde Park corner there's a temporary pedestrian crossing here. The problem though is that it does not seem to be phased with the traffic lights. Here pedestrians are wondering whether its OK for them to cross. There's a red man, but even when there's a green man motor vehicles flow.
