North Manchester Bury/Bolton borders NCN6 between M60 to Radcliffe now newly resurfaced ! Blurred pic of the start of the resurfaced Outwood Trail transformational. Could do with 'soft edges though - edges built up to the level of the tarmac in approx 400 mm strips. Could save a broken collar bone etc. from a minor cycling error especially when the vegetation starts to grow back hiding the sharp edge 100 to 150 mm drop.
