The idea of "no priority" junctions is that everyone has to slow and take account of what other vehicles are near a junction. This works when both vehicles are large metal boxes. However, it is utterly pointless when a shared-use path crosses a side road. It simply results in the large, metal (and more dangerous) vehicle having bully rights over everyone else.

This is a classic example. The person driving this vehicle makes no attempt to slow in time for the "joint" Give Way line, simply seeing the Give Way on the main road ahead. They pull through the line and slow to almost a stop right in front of me. I do wiggle through, but that's important, it's the attitude from this driver that is of point. That was simply "I'm bigger, you don't matter".

I've not got quite enough footage but it would interesting to work out what speed the vehicle was being driven at. I'd suggest it might be more than the 15mph speed limit.
