+ve @TraffordCouncil response to close pass report on A56 approaching M60 jnctn Stretford/Sale in cycle lane - Trafford drainage van towing machinary turning left across cycle lane to join slip road toward Sale Moor. Driver is interviewed and report is on record. Advised to take care around cycles. Trafford monitoring equipment needs updating - average speed over a distance recorded as 20 mph more like 40 mph +
