Area:	Derby

A bridge that, instead of having 2 lanes of traffic and a miniscule footpath, has traffic-light controlled traffic going either way, and a protected foot / cycle path. Improvements: Area is a little too small for the pedestrian / cycle split - simply having a shared-use path would be better.
