Tree supports being used to great effect as cycle racks on the triangle development.

It is a well known problem that designers of these open spaces never provide any decent cycle parking nearby and so this happens. Entirely predictable - but its hard to persuade them to get it. The result will be annoying little signs telling you not to park your bike here.

Ah, there is apparently some underground cycle parking near here #45084.
