St Anna Pedestrian/Cycle Tunnel in Antwerp is 572m long and runs under the River Scheldt. There are lifts and escalators at each end.
This is a general view of the river taken from near the western portal, showing the historic city centre on the other side.
There are no bridges across the River Scheldt anywhere in Antwerp. The only way to cross is by road or tram tunnel, or by this pedestrian/cycle tunnel.
