Steetford Manchester. Talbot Road new cycle lane is compromised by illegal sign. Please allow cyclists to ride and car drivers to get out and push ! The cones could have been used to temporarily utilise the hatching/right hand turning lane in the middle of the road to avoid the choice of cyclists dismounting or drivers pushing.Or simpler still to cone off and sign no overtaking of cyclists passed roadworks (this method is used in other parts of G MCR).
