TPT IN URMSTON - This is on a proposed cycle link route and sadly the kissing gate and horse stiles are to be renewed !! (in small writing on the draft drawing).UPDATE SEE #100390 one of 3 serious barriers to disabled, people on bicycles and people with prams.
These kissing gates have a mechanism to accommodate a disabled access key but it is welded shut. Is that even legal ?
This is a major access from the TPT Trans Pennine Trail to Urmston Rail Station and connects the 2 sides of Trafford on both sides of the Mersey River. see also #31068 nearby
