The fairly new cycle lanes on Coldham's Lane.
At only 1.2 metres these narrow lanes encourage close passing of vehicles and offer no feeling of 'safety'. Their sole and very dubious 'benefit' is to allow cyclists to ride along the lane when the main carriageway has queueing traffic.
