Three out of six Councillors vote against the Severn Place development. The developers get their way, thanks to the casting vote of chair, Cllr Kevin Blencowe. Cambridge Cycling Campaign produced robust evidence of lack of connectivity to the development, which was not taken account of in this final decision.
