Steps really?
In a purpose designed cycle park? Are there steps on the ramps for the car parking?
Being serious, this is an irritation but doesn't really detract from what is otherwise a pretty good facility. I haven't come across any cycle parking to match it on this side of the North Sea.
Having said that, I haven't tried using it in the evening rush when a train load of angry commuters are all trying to roll their bikes down that little channel as I am trying to come up.
