Salford - Adelphi St. Adelphi Wharf Apartments NCN route 6 David Ashley Construction and Fortis Developments have blocked the path and only one diversion sign is in place from Aldephi St direction. A minimum of 6 diversion signs are needed #83619 (3 in each direction.) SEE ALSO #83617 In the google image below the footpath closed sign is lying on the floor.
