This would benefit the residents of a very small block of flats on a residential road, all of which I'm sure would contribute to it's construction as many do not drive. Please consider this serious request. Cycle racks on the road would also help. There is a nearby tennis and cricket club here also. My block of flats is called forsyth court and is the only block of flats on the road.
