The entrance to the pedestrian zone, St Andrew's Street at its junction with Emmanuel St. There is a similar sign on the other side of the road. Note "No waiting except in signed bays".

The white square below the sign was, until recently, a non functioning indicator of the amount of free space on the taxi stand further up the road.
