Cyclists swerving round a parked car. Another car that has parked (legally) while the single yellow line is not in force has decided to u-turn out to save a minute or two, hence about to block the oncoming traffic and causing more danger for cyclists. This whole important stretch of the inner ring road needs to be made into a 24-hour clearway with no parking.
