Tarvin fotpath network is very unfriendly and definitely NOT smooth. United Utilities strap line "making life flow smoothly" does not apply here. The path around the UU treatment works is very badly maintained. Wouldn't take much to make it passable. Reported to maps.cheshirewestandchester.gov.uk/cwac/faultreporting/
