Tarvin in Cheshire . The local landowners horse owners are blatenly blocking and intimidating path users with: dumping of manure, string and a horse box. The rest of the path will become overgrown through lack of use. No wonder NHS is overwhelmed by mental and physical diseases caused by lack of exercise. twitter.com/IPROW1/status/844299649531957249 Reported via maps.cheshirewestandchester.gov.uk/cwac/faultreporting/
