New pavement cycle on Leicester Road, Hinckley. Shared use continues into side roads briefly. Cyclists can cycle straight across the mouth of the junction. Pedestrians have lost out big time. Just about the best thing to say about the scheme is that it has legalized footway riding. But there was enough road space to put in a segregated cycleway.
