The Thicket is a lovely path through some forested area of St Ives. Very popular with people walking and cycling, sometimes to the point of overflowing on nice days (we managed to find a quieter section). The pathway was resurfaced & widened sometime in the last few years and the surface quality is high. Maintenance seems to be fairly decent, which is important due to the growth of underbrush you can see creeping up in the photo.
