One of the main roads into Eindhoven which has been narrowed somewhat. It now has from one side to the other: pavement, cycle path (single direction, 2 and a bit metres wide), verge, car parking (at some points bus stops instead), a single traffic lane, a central reservation, single lane, parking, verge, cycle path, pavement. The lanes for motor vehicles are quite narrow, and the central reservation prevents overtaking. Buses stopping for passengers also block the main traffic lane. Traffic also has to stop for many traffic lights, and give way to cyclists at each side road. So, progress by bike on the paths is much quicker than progress on the roads.
