Looking at the end of the new pathway from across the road, Anglesey Abbey-side. Somehow an informal uncontrolled crossing is going to be installed here. There's no possible way the refuge is going to be large enough for a bicycle much less anything else. The connections at either end are the weaknesses of this otherwise decent scheme, unfortunately.
