This photo shows half of the City Council's answer to the loss of 56 cycle parking spaces in Fisher Square. We're expected to be grateful, and we are for the work of officers to get them installed, but we continue to be frustrated by the general unwillingness to find and plan for serious amounts of cycle parking in the central area.
