Cycling On The Bus Evacuation Strip The point of putting this picture up is that I have seen far worse things happening here.

Very poor sightlines where the path from the ramp of the footbridge and from Lindores Drive meets the Queensway footway.

Links to local streets from the north side of the Queensway footbridge.

Lots of barriers on the southern side of the Queensway footbridge at Sudbury Crescent.

Footbridge across Queensway, linking Sudbury Crescent and Lindores Drive, and other local streets. But no dropped kerb at the base of the ramp.

The railway footbridge from Tennant Avenue to Eaglesham Road (and towards Hairmyres Hospital) has steps at one end, and they look like they need replacing, so let's have a ramp instead.

The steps on the southwest side of the Queensway footbridge have been shut due to deteriorating concrete, leaving only the steps to the southeast for users. Perhaps it's time this footbridge was replaced.

Not only has the footbridge got steps and no ramp, but it is also in the way of the Queensway shared-use footway.

The footbridge at the end of Dolphin Road has fairly steep ramps, but also has quite a bit of upstand on the kerbs on each side.

Most of the gullies on this section of road appeared to be blocked, but this one was also dislodged from its mounting.

The road up to the replacement bridge has not been completed yet. Once it is finished, it is to be restricted to prevent through motor traffic from using it. This will lead to #112863.

Although there are no signs on this section, this footway joins together two toucan crossings so can probably be considered shared-use. The roundabout on this side of the motorway has been considerably enlarged.

Was the budget for the Cobweb Bridge so tight there was no money left for a proper sign at the turn, hence the use of Sustrans stickers?
