There used to be a sign advising any cyclists on the westbound Clydeside Expressway that they needed to leave at this junction in order to access the Clyde Tunnel (due to the ban on cycling through the main Clyde Tunnel carriageways). Howev ... [more]

Despite the provision of a sign proudly pointing this way, there is still no dropped kerb to allow cyclists proper smooth access onto the carriageway of Springburn Way from the toucan crossing across Atlas Road. Not pictured, but while I ... [more]

Having passed the 'End of Cycle Route' sign back at #170357, there is a direction sign for an anonymous cycle route further along Meadowside Street. Also signage for the Clyde Coastal Path.

Sign obscured by overgrown vegetation.

Good to see the cycle/pedestrian direction for the Renfrew Ferry incorporated into the main sign, but the road straight ahead is a through route for cycling since it leads to the riverside path.

Another view of the contraflow cycle lane on Argyle Street. The cycle lanes could easily have been painted with a smoother transition in road position. See also #139322.

The contraflow cycle lane on Argyle Street has an abrupt change of direction, following the kerb. See also #139324.

Someone got paid for this work at Chirmorie Place!

A sign for NCN66 pointing in a different direction to the blue Sustrans arrow sticker.

A sign for the Forth & Clyde Canal pointing the wrong way. The canal can be reached via Farm Road heading into the distance on the right.

The cycle lane marking at the end of Callendar Boulevard encourages cycling on the wrong side of the road, just like #101199 at the other end of the road.

The cycle lane has been painted the wrong way around. Such incompetence!

A route sign at the end of the path through Hallglen, pointing across the main road to the paths at #101176. The road crossing is terrible and desperately needs upgrading. Due to the terrain, a footbridge may even be an easy enough solution ... [more]

The Carnbroe foot and cycle bridge over the A8 dual carriageway. Why no direction sign? I know where it leads to, but that's not the point.

The direct route to Colchester town centre has traffic restrictions so the sign for car drivers points towards the Westway, unlike the sign for cyclists.

A cluttered start to the South-West City Way in Shields Road, plus an incorrect direction sign for Shields Road subway station pointing left (it's actually straight ahead).
