If the tidal flooding reaches this sign, there's nearly a metre of water on the road further on, so it can probably be considered impassable.

The section of cycle path on East St. has been remarked. Nothing has been done however to address the flooding that occurs everytime it rains.

Flooding is a hazard to cyclists, here taking up half the road width.
