Kinnell Avenue is either a No Through Road, or a cycle route to somewhere. If it was both, there would be an "except cycles" plate under the 'No Through Road' sign. But see #168043.

The access from Kinnell Avenue to the next part of the Paisley to Glasgow Cycle Route basically doesn't exist.
