Kerb on eastern side has been moved a little too, to narrow the carriageway. Speeds are still high and visibility on approach from East poor. No contracting tarmac and markings are hard to see. Some cars give way, most don't even notice the ... [more]
Linton Greenway Crossing of Cherry Hinton Rd at Babraham Rd roundabout. Not great but better than before. Carriageway has been narrowed, but roundabout geometry still too fast.
Norton Radstock Greenway exit onto A367 Bath Road in Radstock. Although it is shared path and exits onto a shared pavement the design is not bad. There is a barrier between the path and road to prevent young children using the path from c ... [more]
🧵 Took a spin out to see the finished Castletroy 'Greenway' today also. Awkward enough to negotiate on a regular bike, much more difficult to do so with a loaded cargo bike. How can something so simple be made so difficult? https://t.co/ ... [more]

new kissing gate on California Way greenway, Finchampstead Location: , Wokingham District (England, United Kingdom) It is just about too narrow to fit a bicycle without contortions, although this greenway is intended for cyclists!
Encountering some traffic along NCR 51, while passing through some very pretty grazing land. The pathway is fairly high quality, seems to be newer in the eastern section than the western part. The entrances to the path on either side are ... [more]

This gate is just big enough for a standard single bike, but not for tandems or trailers. As at #46310, the cycling symbol seems to have been removed.
Public footpath, part of the Letchworth Garden City Greenway and so possibly a permissive cycle path - certainly used by cyclists!

The Greenway - a disused railway line - see #29722 for opening times. This looks like a (rather expensive?) rebranding exercise - presumably to spruce up this wonderful abandoned railway route in time for some big local event in 2012.
Good view of Canary Wharf from the Greenway - a disused railway line - see #29722 for opening times.
