A cycle route might be useful here.

The road was recently resurfaced and the road markings for cars repainted - but not the ones telling cyclists they could move to the track to the right.

There needs to be a clearer indication (a sign on the metal pole would be fine) that cyclists can continue on the roadside track from Richmond Park.

Shared-use path for pedestrians and cyclists, horses not welcome.

Parallel routes - cyclists are supposed to use the route nearer the Thames, but not many do.

This quiet dead-end is planned to become a through route to a construction site and then to a new housing development on the closed Latchmere House Remand Centre. [now it's 2016 and some other access seems to have been found]
