The surface of this former sewage treatment site is sealed with tarmac. Somebody decided to paint lots of parking slots on here, but apparently never used. It is just poor practise.

The decaying leaves of autumn have still not been swept up, but the council employs someone to drive a van along the path every week or so. This does not count as maintenance!
Some of the gates across the Forth & Clyde Canal towpath are now regularly shut across the path again.

The worst recent obstructions on Love Lane (including #191999 / #192002) have been cleared, but they haven't touched this which one might not notice (until too late) and where I estimate the headroom at about 1.8m.
