A rather pointless gate across part of the path. Surely a drop-bollard would do.

Southbound on Strand Road, cyclists are expected to ride on the footway and dismount to cross the level crossing. None did in the time I was there.

The cycle lane bends to allow cyclists a crossing across the railway track that is closer to a right angle, to minimise the risk of being thrown off.

Is it really necessary to have so many signs repeating the warning about the tramway crossing? If safety has been an issue then put in some flashing lights like other tramways have at crossings.

The cycle route doesn't even go over the tram tracks and yet there's still a Cyclists Dismount sign!
