A recommended route for cyclists along West Princes Street, but signed as a No Through Road.

The concrete barriers have been replaced by nice planters, but the sign still calls this an experimental closure.

I think this is a "park in marked bays only" Controlled Parking Zone. Either way, the van is parked obstructing the cycle cut-through to Hyndland Street and the bollard isn't helping.
