An obvious place for an active travel route between High Ditch Road and the Marleigh development, potentially with a less challenging level difference than the one further east - so why isn't this one in the plans?

Shame about the broken branch, but certainly negotiable on foot or wheeling bike between bridleway spur and Tiptree Close.
Turn right for surprisingly good spur towards High Ditch Road (but with a slope down and evidence of a trodden-down fence when you get there)
