Filtered permeability for pedestrians only, with barriers and a lack of a conveniently sited dropped kerb on the other side impeding cycling. Not a major desire line, but I came this way due to roadworks on the main road.

I'm not sure why you'd place a modal filter so close to a speed hump, but anyway, it's now been made permanent.
The modal filter on Luard Road is still marked as experimental although the scheme has been made permanent (also the one on Bateman St).
An improvement on #89968 at the end of Anderson Street. A dropped kerb has also been provided to access the road directly. There is a toucan crossing just off to the right as well.

If you want to close a road except to cyclists, it seems rather counter-intuitive to put the concrete blocks right in the cycle lane. Maybe the permanent fixtures will give a clearer message.
Here we go again... the point of the modal filter is that Bateman St is not closed, it is very much open except at one point to motor vehicles - but Cambridgeshire's highways department can't be expected to grasp that.
