The NCN56 cycleway is basically a scantily signed footway that crosses the road here.
An ad-hoc ramp has been concreted onto these two steps.
The three graces on a dull day viewed by a cyclist on ncr 56 heading for the Wirral and a trip around the coast to Chester.

This section of single lane road is controlled by traffic signals. NCN 56 is on the footway.

No effort appears to have been made to convert this footway to shared-use other than to put up signs.
