So excited that total lockdown is over and to be back running in Bute Park/Sophia Gardens that I accidentally ran all the way to Holland and found myself jay running on a cycle lane.

There aren't many people using it today due to Coronavirus, but Cycleway 3's crossing of Sutton Street has now been fully painted and the Belisha beacons switched on.

This side road crossing used to be quite good, but it's since been repainted incorrectly..

Priority over this side road is a welcome upgrade. It was a Sunday when I rode along it so I don't know how often it's obeyed, but the red sign suggests it's something drivers aren't used to.

The continuous cyclewayy is rather nice

Some sort of sorcery going on here, this just can't be done.

The Bears Way cycle track has priority over vehicles exiting the fitness club. Not so clear about vehicles entering.

The segregated cycleway crosses the car park access with priority over exiting vehicles, before merging into a shared-use footway.

Cycle Superhighway 3 Judging by those road markings on the side street, there seems to be priority here for the cycleway - but its definitely worth having a good look around first!
