Although still accessible, the new cycle parking at Kelvinbridge station is surrounded by building contractor's skips, hoardings and containers, making it rather unwelcoming.

I'd love to know the legal position here. I'd suggest that it follows the car rules, in that only enter the cycle lane if it's absolutely necessary (non-mandatory lane). And my feeling is that it's not necessary, thus breaking the law.

This is the first time I've seen 'skip curtains'.
