Ridiculously small route sign hidden behind planters at entrance to playing fields.

The tiniest 'except cycles' plate ever! I guess it is meant to apply to the 'No Entry' sign rather than the NCN route sign. There are no such signs below the next set of 'No Entry' signs though. Update of #35219.

Good eyesight required to make out sign from far side of junction!
