The straight across access from the Berryknowes Road flats to Kingsland Drive (see also #112402) has been blocked off, including to cycles. The turning head is used for fly car parking.

A dropped kerb at the end of the Waterloo Road car park for accessing the railway station and the cycle parking there at #110734. The path also continues to a flight of steps up to the Park Road bridge.

'Keep Clear' but no clear cycle access to the crossings at the Dumbarton Road/Mountblow Road junction. Farm Road off to the right leads to the Forth & Clyde Canal, although Dumbarton Road ahead is the most direct route to the town centre.

Railing and kerb present obstacles to anyone wanting to cycle to residential Barrowfield Street, although the far end of the turning head does have a dropped kerb.

The end of Diriebught Road and the ramp up to Culcabock Road. NCN 1 & 7 turn left here.

The ramp down to Diriebught Road. This road has only has a few houses at this end, so doesn't have much motor traffic. However, it is a main walking and cycling route to Millburn Academy.

There is still no dropped kerb to get from the Monteith Row carriageway to the toucan crossing across Greendyke Street. But there is this random segregated use sign on the footway to the right, although it is not clear where cyclists are me ... [more]
