Update. On 27.6.21 I saw most of the holes had been filled though not the first one (see: #171156) inside the orange markings - so cyclists still have to look down and pick their way through in the three directions you can turn here. [Image ... [more]

Resurfaced and marked up for repainting.

This pothole has been filled, the ones around the corner on West Road have been marked up but left for later. Joined-up thinking?

This junction and most of Station Road are an absolute disaster - and no-one seems to care.

This pothole never really goes away (see #20469, #80314, #107251) but it's particularly bad at the moment, and the county is ignoring requests for it to be fixed.

Two days after an Anglia TV report including Camcycle's Roxanne de Beaux, the precise two potholes featured have been fixed - but none of the others on West Road or the one marked up just around the corner on Grange Road, of course...

This is not a repair. The buses will have that tarmac out in no time, and the pothole to the right has not been touched.

More potholes on West Road (now a bus route) - this one is visible on the satellite image!

Do you think they might fix the pothole? Dream on...

It's a shock coming back from Denmark and the Netherlands to find the appalling state of the roads in Cambridge.

Although it's hard to see in the photograph, a dip has formed in the speed table that makes it rather uneven for cycling across northbound, and potentially hazardous, so would be better getting fixed properly.

Poor surface, hasn't been maintained in a great many years

Stamford Hill

One problem with forcing motor vehicles onto one bit of the carriageway is that it needs more maintenance.

Road surface collapsing where heavy vehicles accelerate away from the junction.

Disintegrating tarmac, looks like the original road surface prior to this road getting cut off

This doesn't seem so bad, but every time I make my way around this bend (every couple of days during the Covid-19 lockdowns) I end up with a car on my tail. [resurfaced by February 2021]
