Showing the repaired pothole of #162424. The worst of it has been fixed, but it looks to me like they missed a bit with that puddle!

4 new potholes have appeared in Granhams Rd, Great Shelford, next to an earlier repair. Nearside two are especially bad for people cycling. Reported to CCC for repair.

The condition of Hills Road just gets worse and worse at the Station Road junction.

It's a shock coming back from Denmark and the Netherlands to find the appalling state of the roads in Cambridge.

Although it's hard to see in the photograph, a dip has formed in the speed table that makes it rather uneven for cycling across northbound, and potentially hazardous, so would be better getting fixed properly.

One problem with forcing motor vehicles onto one bit of the carriageway is that it needs more maintenance.

This doesn't seem so bad, but every time I make my way around this bend (every couple of days during the Covid-19 lockdowns) I end up with a car on my tail. [resurfaced by February 2021]

A missing section of asphalt on the Glen Road path.

Most of the gullies on this section of road appeared to be blocked, but this one was also dislodged from its mounting.

This could be a quiet shortcut but unfortunately the surface is very badly degraded.

This road west to Spike Island is in terrible condition, which is a real shame as it could be a good link to Runcorn.

Blocked Drain deterring use of cycle lane. Constant issue - needs clearing every 2 months or so. Drain cover in line with direction of travel - wheel trap risk.

The paint to the left shows where the old "cycle path" began, leaving the carriageway. The footpath on the right is in terrible condition and does not improve the further north one walks.

They don't make 'em like they used to!

The road surface at the end of Callendar Boulevard is even worse than this photograph! There is a painted cycle lane on the left side of the carriageway, but not the right.

A poorly filled trench across the shared-use footway/cycleway alongside the A9, and a 'Cyclists Dismount' sign at the pedestrian crossing. The shared footway continues (for a short distance) beyond the crossing.
