Good filtered permeability in parts of the new Richmond Gate housing development, but wouldn't it have been better to provide a raised crossing (as at nearby #95369) for this path between the park and the houses?

Cyclists once had to dismount here if travelling east, but now the track has been raised to meet the coping stones.

Nice wide track here making it safe to cycle around this corner. It used to be very slippery and rutted here.

At least two staircases close to Manchester, on the Rochdale Canal, have a ramp at the side, to help wheel a bicycle up. A long ramp to cycle up would be better but space is limited and this is a historic canal.
