Spaces for People bike lane on northern side of London Rd. Locals drive cars over pavement to park between trees on left (near Birnam Rd).

Entrance to Auchenshuggle Woods, off London Rd. Gate with sprung hinges onto gravel path. Locals who cycle often use southern pavement of London Rd to get to Auchenshuggle (despite Spaces for People lanes on road).

Cycle parking at Kirkton St, Carluke. Rounded cycle stands – end ones should have tapping rail. Covered but won't shelter bikes from rain.

Bike parking on Brouster Gate at shopping centre still in use during winter.

New path to access south of Hairmyres hospital site from Strathtay Ave (update to #113723). Soft segregation around outhouse is quite tight but protects from parking and has gaps to join to/from road.

Bike repair station at UH Hairmyres off main entrance road (Hospital Dr). Includes a pump and repair tools. Toast rack bike parking (see 113722) has been relocated nearby. Three individual stands were removed in summer 2020 to accommodate a secure bike shelter for staff.

Forge Shopping Centre cycle parking at western entrance (about a dozen small stands).

Changed road layout on Shettleston Road – one lane west and two east. Southern lane of road converted to foot way to accommodate flood protection for Camlachie Burn Improvements Project.

Zigzag ramp from Penicuik Drive down to Myreside Drive. Another useful path added to new estate. Also, helps avoid Shettleston Road.

Shared path to Rigby Gardens, part of traffic-free route through new housing. Could do with more drop kerbs but paths are useful to avoid Shettleston Road.

Barriers too close and no drop kerb. Worn grass shows desire line. A bit of a shame but ramp is still useful to link Rigby Street to Rigby Crescent and avoid traffic on Shettleston Road.

Wheel-only bike rack right outside entrance to Regent Shopping Centre. Might not take some mountain bike or fat tyres - could lock frame to fence instead.

Tollcross swimming pool - main cycle parking to left of entrance. A bit better covered than stands on other side.
