The bridge has separate crossings for cyclists and pedestrians. Whether peds will not choose to walk on the 'cycle' side remains to be seen.

Cut-through for pedestrians and cycles from the Beehive centre to the new development of York Street.

A wonderful bike park - covered, spacious, proper Sheffield stands - always completely empty because it's hidden in an obscure corner of the Beehive park.

A cycle path here allows access to Howard Road and NCN 51 from Ditton Walk. Approach the junction with care - access to a busy industrial estate is hidden on the left.

Mid-way between Howard Road and Ditton Walk there\'s a narrow cycle-path (between the posts) which gives access to NCN 51.

There\'s a cycleway along the pavement on the right which cuts through to Ditton Walk here. Beware of vehicles coming round the corner.

Access from Howard Road onto NCN51 and Wadloes Footpath. Frequently obstructed by parked cars; there are no obvious road markings.

The left fork is Wadloes Footpath up to Fen Ditton High Street. The right fork is NCN51 continuing to Ditton Lane.

Traffic "calming" requires a degree of confidence from on-road riders. Adjacent shared-use pavement is poor quality, though.
